1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 368jl platform (the "Platform"), including all games, services, features, and content made available through 368jl.net, you ("User," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including registered account holders and visitors. Your continued use of the Platform following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

368jl reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform with a revised effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the 368jl Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a mandatory requirement under PAGCOR licensing regulations. 368jl strictly prohibits access by persons under 21 years of age.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 368jl, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the 368jl Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

368jl reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be held by persons who do not meet the eligibility requirements will be suspended immediately, and any funds in such accounts will be handled in accordance with applicable PAGCOR regulations.

3 Account Registration & Security

Each user may hold only one (1) registered account on the 368jl Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts.

When registering an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as required by the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Complete the identity verification process by submitting a valid Philippine government-issued identification document when requested.
• Keep your login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify 368jl immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. 368jl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.

368jl employs 256-bit SSL encryption and offers two-factor authentication (2FA) to protect your account. We strongly recommend enabling 2FA on your account. All login sessions are logged and accessible from your account security dashboard.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 368jl Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Accepted payment methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers.

By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds you are depositing are from a legitimate source and that you are the authorized holder of the payment method used. 368jl reserves the right to request documentation to verify the source of funds in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.

Regarding withdrawals, the following conditions apply:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your name and previously used for a deposit, or to a verified bank account in your name.
• Full identity verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for fully verified accounts are typically processed within five (5) minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within 15–30 minutes during banking hours.
• 368jl reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.
• Withdrawal requests may be declined if 368jl has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

368jl does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which 368jl bears no responsibility.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

368jl may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered users from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the offer is made.

General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are credited to eligible accounts only and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
• 368jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or other fraudulent means — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational use only and are not a guaranteed source of income.

6 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the 368jl Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

• All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game mechanics conducted by trained dealers under live supervision.
• Return-to-player (RTP) percentages published by 368jl are independently audited values. Actual results for individual sessions may vary significantly from published RTP figures.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, 368jl will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the stake for that round will be refunded to your account balance.
• 368jl's decision on any disputed game outcome is final, subject to the PAGCOR dispute resolution process.
• Bets placed after a game round has officially closed will be void and the stake returned.

For sports betting, all wagers are subject to the specific sportsbook rules applicable to each sport and market. Results are determined based on official sources. 368jl reserves the right to void bets placed on events where the outcome was known at the time of placement.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 368jl Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of account balances:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during account use.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such discovery must be reported immediately to 368jl support.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform's software or infrastructure.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 368jl staff, live dealers, or other users through any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

8 Responsible Gaming

368jl is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we provide a range of tools to help players maintain control of their gaming activity.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered 368jl users:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are system-enforced.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of your session duration and net gaming activity.

All responsible gaming controls are accessible from your account settings dashboard. 368jl staff will never attempt to persuade you to remove or increase a limit you have set. If you believe you may have a gambling problem, we encourage you to seek help and make use of the self-exclusion facility.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 368jl Platform — including but not limited to the 368jl name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of 368jl or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from 368jl.
• Use any 368jl trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without written authorization.
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data extraction tools on the Platform.

Any unauthorized use of 368jl's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by 368jl.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 368jl, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, connectivity issues, or system errors beyond 368jl's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Interruptions to Platform availability due to scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, or force majeure events.
• Any reliance placed on information, content, or game results displayed on the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 368jl makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted, 368jl's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11 Termination

368jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without prior notice, if 368jl determines in its sole discretion that:

• You have violated any provision of these Terms.
• Your account activity is suspected to involve fraud, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Continued operation of your account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other users.
• You have requested self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.

Upon termination for cause, 368jl reserves the right to withhold account balances pending investigation. Where termination is not due to a breach of these Terms, any verified balance in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your account at any time by contacting 368jl support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to standard game rules.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall first be submitted to 368jl's internal dispute resolution process by contacting support at [email protected]. 368jl will endeavor to resolve all disputes within fifteen (15) business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through 368jl's internal process, it may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism in accordance with applicable PAGCOR regulations. Both parties agree to cooperate fully with any such process.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

13 Amendments to These Terms

368jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 368jl will notify registered users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 11.
